Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days from reciept of order. Some products require lead times to produce and can take up to 21 business days to ship. In cases where longer lead times are required, an email will be sent to the customer providing the anticipated ship date.
All items are shipped via UPS within the U.S. and rates are determined by UPS.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO PO BOXES or APO Addresses. Please provide an alternate address when ordering
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Qualfying items purchased from DARC Store online can be returned to DARC Store or by mail with the printed packing slip that is sent with the original order. Please note that shipping and handling charges can not be refunded and the cost associated with returning merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer and can not be reimbursed.
